1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are provided only for items that are damaged during transit or if an error occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or issue.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of potatoes, we do not accept returns unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this timeframe, cancellations are not possible as orders enter processing.
